Distinguished from electrically excited motors, permanent magnet motors offer these significant advantages:
High efficiency
By eliminating excitation system loss, efficiency improves by 5-12%. With a high power factor and large torque inertia ratio, stator current and resistance loss are minimized. Rotor parameters are measurable, offering excellent control performance. Direct motor drive ensures no speed slip, and with no bearings or connection transmission, efficiency surges by over 3%. For light loads, efficiency soars 15-35% higher compared to asynchronous motors of the same specification. Consistently efficient under light or heavy loads, Leadcom's permanent magnet motors meet national level 1 energy efficiency standards.
Low noise
Thanks to its smart magnetic field design and magnetic density distribution, it operates across a wider frequency range with reduced noise. This allows truly constant air pressure with open-loop vector control and a swift response time of less than 50ms, enabling instantaneous adjustments in gas production.

The elimination of exciting winding and power supply (magnetic pole core) results in a simplified, reliable structure that is easy to maintain.
High starting torque
Permanent magnet synchronous motors deliver starting torque and overload capacity one power level higher than three-phase asynchronous motors. The ratio of maximum starting torque to rated torque is over three times, compared to just 1.6 times in general asynchronous motors.
