High efficiency
By eliminating excitation system loss, efficiency is enhanced by 5-12%, complemented by a high power factor and large torque inertia ratio. With reductions in stator current and stator resistance loss, and the ability to measure rotor parameters, the motor boasts excellent control capabilities. Featuring direct drive with no speed slip, this design eliminates bearing and connection transmission, further increasing efficiency by over 3%. Whether under light or heavy load, it surpasses the efficiency of asynchronous motors of the same specification by 15-35%. Currently, the energy efficiency of the permanent magnet motors used by Hylein aligns with national level 1 energy efficiency standards.
Low noise
Its ingenious magnetic field design and optimal magnetic density distribution extend its operating frequency range, resulting in significantly lower operating noise. The compressor maintains constant air pressure with open-loop vector control, featuring a response time of less than 50ms, allowing instantaneous adjustment of gas production over a wide range.
Compact structure, small size, light weight, high precision and rapid response
With the elimination of the exciting winding and power supply (magnetic pole core), the motor adopts a simplified structure that ensures reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
High starting torque
The starting torque and overload capacity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor exceed that of three-phase asynchronous motors, with the ratio of maximum starting torque to rated torque reaching over three times, compared to only 1.6 times in general asynchronous motors.
