Comparison between permanent magnet motor and ordinary asynchronous motor

Compared with electrically excited motors, permanent magnet motors have the following advantages:
High efficiency
Eliminate excitation system loss, improve efficiency 5-12%, high power factor, large torque inertia ratio, stator current and stator resistance loss reduction, and rotor parameters can be measured, good control performance, motor direct drive, no speed slip, no bearing and connection transmission, efficiency increased by more than 3%, light load than the same specification asynchronous motor efficiency increased by 15-35% or so. Always efficient regardless of light load or heavy load. At present, the energy efficiency of permanent magnet motors used by Hylein has reached the national level 1 energy efficiency standards.
Low noise
Reasonable magnetic field design, magnetic density distribution, wider operating frequency range, lower operating noise. Truly constant air pressure: open loop vector control, response time < 50ms, can adjust gas production in an instant over a wide range.
Compact structure, small size, light weight, high precision and fast response
The exciting winding and the exciting power supply (magnetic pole core) are eliminated, and the structure is simple, the operation is reliable and the maintenance is convenient.
High starting torque
The starting torque and overload capacity of permanent magnet synchronous motor are one power level higher than that of three-phase asynchronous motor, and the ratio of the maximum starting torque to the rated torque can reach more than 3 times, while the general asynchronous motor is only 1.6 times.

 

 

Oil cooled machine
Core Ndfeb magnetic steel, not only high temperature 180ºC, and energy efficiency level is higher than IE5. The heat loss is small and the efficiency is high under the same power.

Reliable intake valve system
Unique structural design, reliable intake valve system, do not have to worry about emergency shutdown and sudden power outage oil injection.
The oil and gas pipe of the whole machine are made of stainless steel material or imported hose, which is durable and not aging. It is sealed with thread and flat O-ring, easy to disassemble without leakage.

 

Rear exhaust design to suck instead of blow
Fans dissipate heat faster and make less noise. The traditional fan blows against the cooler, which has large resistance and loud noise. The back row is cooled, and the cooler is placed vertically to avoid the dust falling on the cooler from the top down, which will lead to slow blockage for a long time. This design avoids.

New oil-cooled motor
Mold forming, no welding points, no risk; Rotary oil passage circulation, small pressure difference; It's a circular surface; Circular surface type oil passage, full oil flow, uniform cooling oil passage in the outside, easy to repair and maintenance.
