Comparison between permanent magnet motor and ordinary asynchronous motor

Compared with electrically excited motors, permanent magnet motors offer distinct advantages:
High efficiency
By eliminating the excitation system loss, our motors boost efficiency by 5-12%. They feature high power factors, large torque inertia ratios, reduced stator current and resistance loss. With rotor parameters that can be measured, these motors offer superior control performance, direct drive, and no speed slip. Bearing and connection transmission inefficiencies are a thing of the past. Efficiency improves by over 3%, and at light load, these motors outperform asynchronous motors by 15-35%.
